GetHuman-278737: Little waiting today. My mother moved in with us in March, and it has been a month since we submitted forms for my mother to be added to my partner's KP plan (she is an employee). HR is totally holding things up, and she is a senior citizen who needs to get started in the system ASAP. Today's conversation did not help b*c nothing is in the system, and the Member Services person cannot get ahold of HR since they are not open. Totally lame. If my partner was not in the system, we would never go this route.
