GetHuman-303912: Did not received Sunday paper and received no comment as to when we would receive. I inquired as to why our billing period was shortened and the person on the phone (I could not understand I had to have her repeat her explanation * times). Finally, she admitted she was in the Philippines! Because of the poor service and customer service we are cancelling our subscription and we have been with the KC star for over ** years!!!
