~not a happy subscriber: I cancelled the paper on ***** which was paid for through *****. They billed me for service through ********, stating that I only put a "hold" on my account. I explained that I haven't been receiving the paper since ***** when it was supposed to stop and when it was paid through. I don't owe for something I never received. The rep will "cancel" my subscription (again) and give me a credit on my account (which I didn't owe in the first place.) I will NEVER subscribe to the paper again since they ALWAYS pull this stunt and try to get my money when their service hasn't been received. Not a happy customer here.
