~none: I tried numerous times to get in Jan * with no luck. Now here we go again this morning with the same on-hold recording. This is ridiculous! All I want to do is stop my paper effect Jan **! Can't you afford to hire people to man your phones? With what you charge for a paper you should be able to............This is by far the poorest of any business I have ever had dealings with.
