~anouymous: No one there wants to take responsibility that their customer service reps have no idea what is going on and they say one thing and it never happens if you expect your paper on Sunday morning then that does not mean you will be satisfied getting it on Monday this has gone on for months and you can verify this by our phone number and the calls we have made and KSStar reps stating how sorry they are if they are so sorry why don't they get in their car and bring us a paper on the day we are scheduled to have it no one there takes any responsibility to making it right and even when we did cancel our subscription and requested a refund after * weeks nothing had been done so taking the paper again just to get what was due us was basically the only option and still no paper what a joke and you wonder why your delivery numbers continue to shrink, I plan to call one of the TV stations and also make this complaint
