~Not satisfied with e-service.: The customer service number is in Manila, Philippines. The workers have been trained to provide standard answers to your questions. Unfortunately during the entire conversation about my missing billing they refered to me as mam, despite their computer display showing a man's name. They gave me a another phone number to call to resolve the problem, but when I called that new number a recorded message had be call the original number. I have discovered that I have been receiving the E-star for over a year and my credit cards has not been charged. The new E-Star system created in Dec. **** now says I don't exist. The Manila customer service can find me but the new internet system can not find my account. Yet, when I try to setup a new credit card account the computer system claims by telephone number & address to not match the records.
