~brittkan13: I called to ask for compensation of two boxes of diapers i had purchased that were not manufactured properly. the gentlemen i spoke to assured me that i would be compensated as well as being sent some coupons. he told me i would receive it within * days. * weeks go by, nothing. i then write an email to complain yet again. the person wrote me back & said that they supposedly had the wrong address in my file. they then said it would be received within * days & they apologized. * weeks go by again. still have not received anything. i write them again & no response what so ever. i will not be buying their diapers again. the store wouldn't accept the return, they wouldn't give me my money back or even take the time out to let me know that they were fixing the problem.
