~askgj: Got an American who spoke English "Owen" I told him I was looking for help with my built in french door refrigerator. He said he would transfer me to a "built in refrigerator specialist". Went on hold for * minutes then got another American "April". I described the problem with our light and what we had done to trouble shoot it and she quickly determined we needed a service call - under warranty and scheduled it for tomorrow morning. She knew we are under warranty - * years - and is sending someone at no charge to us.
