I spoke to an agent who assigned our seats and gave me an email address! *****@***.com (There may be an s in reservations)**I would have given a *** rating but the agent could not do more than aplogize for the terrible website and was not interested in hearing details. She was very polite so I just thanked her for doing what she did.
