~pentland472: This is nuts. I had somebody who I could not understand. And, as a bonus, my own voice kept blasting back to me. The person who "assisted" me was functionally illiterate. I have no problem if they want to out source their call center off shore (besides the obvious fact that it is bad for our city's economy) - but at least train the agents to speak properly and maintain your trunks and circuits so the connection is viable.

~pentland472: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~pentland472: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LA Times's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~pentland472: For that I would say one out of five.
