~Leslie: Over a half a dozen phone calls all promising a new umbrella, waited almost * years for it, never came so I phone back and they said they lost all my pictures and emails and receipt so they could no longer honour there promise....not impressed!

~Leslie: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
