~Soohwa: I was at the Lewisville, TX location yesterday and have never witnessed this level of incompetence. There were times that **-** minutes would pass with no one at the desk, phone ringing without being answered, and HIPPA laws being broken left and right. After ** minutes I wondered why I had not been called to offer paperwork.....when everyone there before me had gone and went, and people who showed up after me were being processed. I stood up, got in line (when someone actually showed up at the desk), and waited my turn. I began to ask her if she needed my paperwork or perhaps I have been overlooked. I was interrupted before I could finish, talked to as if I was a child, and dismissed out of line. **I WALKED OUT WITH ZERO SERVICE AFTER ** MINUTES!**Where do you find these people? Their level of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and slow demeanor would prompt someone to wonder if they themselves are on drugs. I have never seen this in any type of medical facility. At best they are a detrimen
