~Judith: June was the ONLY person in the office. She had to do all the front desk work AND all the lab work. She was calm and polite and did an excellent job with all phases of her work. She should get a significant raise if she has to do everything alone. She also cannot take a break if she is there by herself. Treat your employees well if they give you excellent service to clients.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting LabCorp. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a LabCorp problem?
~Judith: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Judith: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LabCorp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Judith: For that I would say five out of five.

~Judith: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LabCorp to know who you are.
