~Turaais: Results are never sent to my doctor and every week the nurse at the doctors has to call up LabCorp and request the results be sent over even though LabCorp is supposed to send the results within * days. FRUSTRATING. It's been * weeks and LabCorp still has not fixed this problem even though they are contacted on a weekly basis by my doctor. I'd rather pay out of pocket to go to a more professional company.

~Turaais: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Turaais: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LabCorp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Turaais: For that I would say four out of five.
