~Annoymous: I bought LifeProof case in Oct. could not register on line sent E-Mail tried to contact by phone could not get through to them. I bought directly from them. I just got through to them after being on hold over ** minutes and oh too bad the register time is up and can't register it. This is so horrible **.** bought directly from them and they send me E-Mails on how do I like the case and to review it but its not covered because I did not register it in time what a scam.

~Annoymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Annoymous: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lifeproof's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Annoymous: For that I would say three out of five.
