~people12: I made a purchase in Denver. Before I could use it I moved to LA. LS said there was nothing they could do as it was past the seven day refund policy. I asked for a refund or credit because the treatment was ongoing and I could not go to Denver multiple times. I ended up escalating multiple times before I finally recieved LS credit.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting LivingSocial. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a LivingSocial problem?
~people12: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~people12: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LivingSocial's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~people12: For that I would say five out of five.
