GetHuman-335559: I had changed my address in Oct.**, received a bill in Nov. after that I had received no bill. Lowe's had sent my bill to Wilkesboro, N. C. and I had changed my address to N. Wilkesboro. Lowe's had inadvertently changed my address to the wrong town. I certainly hope this does not reflect on my credit as it was the fault of your billing dept.
