GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Lowe's customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~rod: On Sunday morning at **:** CDT, I called the ***-**-lowes number (taken from the sticker on my mower) to speak with someone re: service for my Husqvarna mower. Waited for ** minutes listening to a recording remind me every ** seconds that someone would be with me "momentarily". Apparently Lowes definition of "momentarily" differs dramatically from mine. After ** minutes, I called ***-***-****. Got a response w*in seconds. The rep also attempted to contact the **-hour, *-day-a-week service and after * minutes returned to me saying he, too, was unable to reach anyone (high call volume was the reason, yea, right.). So my rating for the ***-***-**** number would be "good". The rating for the ***-**-lowes service center would be "useless".
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Lowe's. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Lowe's problem?
~rod: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~rod: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lowe's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rod: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Lowe's customers?
~rod: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lowe's to know who you are.
