~LViccars: We were very pleased with the service we received from Connor Tzupa at the Cross Iron Mills store. He went out of his way and was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. This experience was repeated at the checkout,where Debbie LeVesconte exceeded our expectations for customer service and professionalism. Look out, Home Depot--Lowes is in town. Liz Viccars

~LViccars: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LViccars: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lowe's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LViccars: For that I would say three out of five.
