GetHuman-79952: I have never had a more frustrating travel experience in my many years of traveling the I had today with Lufthansa. After sitting on the tarmack for * ***, it the took * hours of waiting in line to find the flight was cancelled "and there were no other flights available". No one had information. Representatives at the ticket line said to call the *-*** number. The *-*** number said they couldn't do anything until the ticket both took my name off a list stating I was on the flight. Talk about NO communication. And to top it all off, in the * hours I've now spent in the airport because of this airline, not once did someone apologize for the situation or lack of communication. This was my first and most certainly lay experience with Lufthansa. No compensation for all the hassle I was put through either. What kind of costumer service is that?!?!
