~anonymous's review of Lyft customer service
GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Lyft customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~anonymous: I am not happy with the new business model. Put all the money in marketing and getting new customers, and offer no person to person support for drivers. I was shorted on my pay and have emailed and gotten no response. Also, when the app doesnt work correctly due to connectivity issues thru no fault of my own, my stats and acceptance rate are affected, and that means they don't pay me my "guarantee" for that hour. I am mad as **** and do not appreciate being treated like a tool to be used and discarded.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Lyft. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Lyft problem?
~anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lyft's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Lyft customers?
~anonymous: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lyft to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~anonymous taken from his Lyft customer service problem that occurred on November 19th, 2017.
