~pmodeste: Absolutely terrible, Sharlynne(sp) did a terrible job taking my complaint in regard to a product that was reduced in size with a minimal change in ingredients and the price was increased. The representative debated with me, spoke over me and when I pointed it she said that I was doing the same. She didn't seem concerned about my satisfaction or my thought that Mary Kay cared more about people than money. I apparently was wrong. Very disappointed past Mary Kay Consultant and customer.*Ms. P, Rochester, NY
