~GJM01824: Why couldn't I enter the 'minutes before response' in the first question? It was an avg. of *** minutes. Service is UNACCEPTABLE. Filed claim ******, today is *******. Went to Tewksbury Regional office *x in person and was 'promised' a c*b next day by someone name Gloria. Call never came. I'm out of cardiac meds, need to see Dr. This is awful. I am trying to get back to work from surgery and w*out the meds and Dr. f*u's, I'm 'out to lunch'. This is one of the worst government sponsored programs I've ever experienced. In **** I applied for MA HEALTH when I was laid off and in between jobs. I got a 'temp' card 'on the spot'. So much for 'progress'.
