~dissapointed: Bus Driver has given my luggage to another customer, I'm still waiting (*weeks) to hear back from anyone to assist with getting my luggage back. Folks are not calling me back or returning my emails. There policy is to be "responsible" and assist in this manner, however ... calls are ignored and no email response ! I don't want the $*** ... I want my luggage returned ... NOW It's been over a month now ! If only I knew this would be a nightmare for me ... Never Again !
