~Anonymous: I am currently waiting in line for a bus that was supposed to get here at *** from Washington, D.C to philadelphis It's *** if you don't have time stamps for these comments. Instead of telling us the bus was going to be late, the woman working checked all of our tickets and we have been sitting here looking at two buses each saying they are going to Philadelphia. To make your customer service even better, your valued employees have pulled up a bus that is making te reversal beeping noise and has parked it right next to the line for the past ** minutes. They have not once told us why the bus is beeping but of course it could be for the delightful reason that your driver just doesn't know how to turn it off. It looks like maybe our bus is pulling up but who know because all of your employees are currently chatting it up on the warm bus while we sit out in the cold just guessing when our headaches will stop from the incessant noise your qualified drivers don't know how to turn off. I hope

~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Megabus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.

~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Megabus to know who you are.
