~tickedoff: Megabus from Cleveland, OH to Toledo OH, on ******** did not have enough seats, put my ** year old daughter off and left. We arrived at *:**pm for the *:** bus, the bus was ** minutes late. We watched our daughter get on, then we left. Had purchased this ticket on ********. The driver found seats for a few but not for her. When we got back, she was standing all alone with luggage, it is dark. Customer service was RUDE. Will not help in any way, said the bus driver said it was not overbooked, even though my daughter is on the phone with my husband when the driver said not enough seats, sorry. Customer Service pretty much said we are LIARS. I have never been treated so badly by anyone in customer service from anywhere. They have not heard the last from me.
