GetHuman-42895: On October *, **** a booked up mega bus ticket to get on the bus to go from New Orleans Louisiana to Jackson Mississippi on October *, **** I was a schedule to Leave New Orleans Louisanna on the mega bus at *:** AMI was out there waiting on the buses *:** Am the bus didn't show up at * o'clock so I called customer service customer service told me that the bus was a delay and that it was going to arrive at *:** AM But steal the bus haven't arrived so I called headquarters and talk to a customer service rep is and she told me that she was going to file a complaint in they will call me back later but I said that's okay I hung up and called adult will supervise for McWaters of either the bus came she told me that the bus came on time and is nothing that she could do about it. So I explained to her that I had already talk to a customer service representative and I explain to the supervisors that the customer Service rep had told me that the bus was going to be late but the supervisor said
