~GringoEnMexico: MercadoLibre suspended my sales without previous notice twice. The first time they said that for my security they needed a government issued ID. Really? This second time (currently) I received no explanation for the suspension, and the Ayuda (Help) page never fully loads, so I can't even get in touch with them.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting MercadoLibre. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a MercadoLibre problem?
~GringoEnMexico: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~GringoEnMexico: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MercadoLibre's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~GringoEnMexico: For that I would say three out of five.
