~wolfpuppy: I was unable to talk to a live person. All I got was a phone tree. I was able to request a directory for dentists in my network to be sent to me, but was unable to talk to anyone or ask any questions. I *&**$% hate phone trees! I think very poorly of companies that use them in lieu of a real person and cause me to waste valuable time. I would fire them if I could.

~wolfpuppy: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~wolfpuppy: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
