GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Minimed customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Dueren1956: Ordered infusion sets etc., did not receive anything for * weeks, called to inquire only to find out that they want a certificate of medica necessity EACH time I order supplies. My insurance called them to tell them that was not necessary at all and that I even did not need a prescription to get supplies. Medtronic, however, insists on this and now thanks to them I am back on shots for the time being till this issue is resolved whenever that will be. Bottom line - STAY AWAY FROM MEDTRONIC!!! My next pump - in * months - will definitely NOT be a Medtronic product!!!
