GetHuman-49140: I e-filed my tax return on ******* with H&R Block, both state and federal. I was told by H&R Block my tax return would be able to be accepted on **** by both federal and state of Minnesota once it was received. There was some sort of "delay" with Minnesota and I was told by an operator that their system wasn't "processing acceptance letters" once e-files came in so MN tax filers were automatically denied. I looked through my denied state return, federal had been accepted on ******* (didn't get the refund until **** but that's another story), anyhow I just went through the return, nothing was wrong, so I clicked through and hit re-submit or whatever. I got denied again, within ** minutes. All because their "system" could not accept electronic files over two weeks before when I re-filed. So I mailed the return to them, guess what they did? THEY MAILED IT BACK. I tried to re-efile with another company, just state returns, they won't allow it and continue to deny my re
