~Birgitt: I called NM to place an order. I received a recorded response "an associate will be with you momentarily" - momentarily was ** minutes later! I would have expected better from such a distinguished company. In any case, I finally was able to place my order but would recommend you change "momentarily" to something more realistic. Perhaps next time, I'll look for another company*establishment which can satisfy my requirement. I was disappointed.

~Birgitt: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Birgitt: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
