GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's NetZero customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~ReneRodriguez: Representatives are hard to understand and do not have the authority to resolve the problem. A mistake was made by the company and the response I have received through calling and emails has been unbelievably terrible. I have been blown off each time. Bottom line I'm out $**.** and received nothing in return and company is refusing to refund the money. BEWARE!!!
