~kathyjack: *am I called. They couldn't hear me. Call again. Was told to call back in an hour for the disk people. Called * more times. They couldn't hear me so I couldn't tell them I was supposed to get * disks yesterday. Got none. This morning received an email saying they received one back. WTF
