GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman2408: The card I am using to pay for my account is a debit card I lost my old one and had to get a new one since netflix was already payed for I didn't update it due to an injury I was short on money and since I do not have money on my debit card netflix thinks my card is invalid so I can't update my card so I can't update my billing which in all honesty I find retarded netflix should give there customers the ability to state weather the card they are using Is a debit or credit card seriously it shouldn't be that hard to do and I'm pretty sure a lot of customers would be happy if you do this

GetHuman2408: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman2408: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netflix's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman2408: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Netflix customers?
GetHuman2408: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Netflix to know who you are.
