~Nika610: After reading about the shortcut to reach a live person in the customer service department, I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. My rep did have a strong un-American accent but she repeated everything that I sad back to me and she asked if I understood what she was saying, to be sure that we were on the same page. She resolved my problem quickly and even offered to help me with another issue that she saw on my account. I couldn't be happier.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Netspend. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Netspend problem?
~Nika610: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Nika610: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
