~MissHolly81: First I got a text alert that there may be problem with my card and to call customer service before using it. When I call customer service I get the following recording,"We cannot take your your call at this time." I then tried logging on the web. When I put in my username and password I get the following message,*"There' a problem with your account, call customer service." I've verified that my funds are in my account, but keep getting this "catch **" ****!*I'm staying in a hotel with my children. We're suppose to move today, but I can't access the funds in my account with my card and can't get NetSpend's customer service to take my calls. I can't even use my card to pay for another night at the hotel! *My family is stranded with no place to go, and no way to pay for anything! No food or shelter!*Like I said, my funds are in my account.*NetSpend is holding them hostage and my children and I are left out in ***F Texas weather with no food, water, shelter etc.*What can I do?

~MissHolly81: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netspend's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MissHolly81: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Netspend customers?
~MissHolly81: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Netspend to know who you are.
