~kpnitreal: Woke up one morning, went to log into my account and could not do so. The website wanted me to change my password, but kept giving me an "information not correct error" when I put my personal info in to do so (it was correct). Long story short, the situation was resolved, but I wanted to leave a review because you will WAIT. I have had a positive business relationship with them so far, even with all this. But you should be prepared to wait at least ** mins before you even talk to someone.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Netspend. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Netspend problem?
~kpnitreal: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kpnitreal: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netspend's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
