After some digit input on my end, the call center referred me to another number (***-***-****), which then redirected me back to the TCC. I just wanted to talk to a person! Finally when I made it to the supposed ringing of an agent's phone, the mechanical voice told me to call back later as everyone was unavailable. I have no idea what is going on, and received no help from these phone calls.
