She was rude and only was able to change my address or pin or put me back into the Telepromt system to go through it all again. Appearently if you don't call on the day that coorosponds with your last name and the reps are busy it will let you go through the * minutes of prompts and then tell you to call back later only to go through it all again. NYS should really update their archaic telephone system and perhaps HIRE some more people to help with the hundreds of thousands of people trying to make their claim instead of hiding behind their outdated telephone system!
