~AngryPerson: The man I spoke to gave me a huge attitude and kept trying to confuse me with other offers when I told him I wanted a refund, nothing more nothing less. When speaking with him he told me I could get i full refund if i canceled before March **th, so I said yes. Before I hang up I ask to double check that I am getting a refund and he says no and that I agreed to something else, I then tell him that I have said this entire time that I want nothing more than a refund. He finally says that it should be posted with in ** hours, if it is not they shoud be expecting a call from my Lawyer. HORRIBLE customer service!
