~Stan Keeler: I have a problem understanding why I can't add minutes and have them expire at the same time as the OnStar instead of having to make two phone calls. Also when you give a price to include taxes and other fees. I should be able to add service and make it effective when the prior service expires not have take a loss if I forget to call. I also would rather get a bill with the choices that I can understand easier and send a check back. It may come a time that with that exemption that I have it is simpler to use my cell phone. I would love to have a response from you.

~Stan Keeler: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Stan Keeler: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OnStar's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Stan Keeler: For that I would say five out of five.

~Stan Keeler: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for OnStar to know who you are.
