GetHuman-86888: Their customer service is great, but their cable service and the field technicians are terrible, and, unfortunately, a lot of the notes and information the customer service reps relay to the techs is ignored, which means the customer service doesn't do much in the end.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Optimum. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Optimum problem?
GetHuman-86888: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-86888: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
