~ron faith: Please explain the *****% policy optumrx has implamented for pain releivers. Their own owners *united health* will only pay for ** long acting meds. One every ** hours.So **% of ** is about ** pills!That is less than *** pill a day!I've had * back operations and have a broken rod in the lumbar region now!Who ever made that policy should be fired for stupidity and their boss for approving such a bone-headed policy!Think about the money shareholders are losing from hiring idiots!I don't think GOD himself could put a positive spin to this wopper! PLEASE RESPOND so the world can get a laugh and the shareholders can buy the large bottle of tum and maybe some heart meds for possible heart attacks!

~ron faith: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ron faith: For that I would say one out of five.
