GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's OptumRx customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Billybob: The customer service people at Optum RX, while I cannot vilify them personally as they seem to try to help, are nevertheless uniformly incompetent and you never get the same story from call to call. If there is a problem, it is almost impossible to get it resolved as nobody seems to have any authority or knowledge of what to do and when you get a supervisor, she is invariably surly and not cooperative. Stay away regardless of cost.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting OptumRx. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a OptumRx problem?
~Billybob: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Billybob: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Billybob: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other OptumRx customers?
~Billybob: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for OptumRx to know who you are.
