~ReviewFromADr.: I actually asked the CSR if the company was run by Satan himself. I have had nothing but problems for the past year. The CSR's have lied to me multiple times and it appears that they are authorized to just make up reasons why for the company's shortcomings. I actually have delayed refilling my medication because I despise dealing with this company so much. If I did not have a choice but to deal with them, I would run away as fast as I could.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting OptumRx. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a OptumRx problem?
~ReviewFromADr.: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ReviewFromADr.: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ReviewFromADr.: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other OptumRx customers?
~ReviewFromADr.: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for OptumRx to know who you are.
