~elyssa samson: lathe sad thing is that I REALLY LOVE ORBITZ!!! I am a frequent orbited, WHICH IS WHAT MADE ME SUPER DISAPPOINTED ON THE SERVICE THAT I GOT, I booked a room in oakland, CA for Jack London inn, because the pictures on the website are completely false, the room was not even finished, no window , no air unit, only a heater, it was ** degrees outside, the beds were completely caved in and broken, the light switch didn't work, the tv is from **** , and I was led to believe tthere was a bar*lounge in lobby, a pool, and a jetted tub. The website said *-*.* stars and it was a * starS. The lady that checked us in looked at the pictures and she said that was their old facility . So we cancelled the reservation Right after looking in the room. And orbitz guaranteed a full refund with no charge! Which was great but then again. I am homeless and lliving in my car and I had to come up with that money in order to get the room. And if I had not been falsely informed I would not have put myself in the

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~elyssa samson: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Orbitz's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~elyssa samson: For that I would say three out of five.

~elyssa samson: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Orbitz to know who you are.
