~ceekay: Beware of WorryFree. It is worry free for PSE&G because they don't worry about a thing. I have been waiting for a part for my dryer for two weeks now. No updates or estimated time of arrival is available. You cannot get through to parts department. Customer service can only tell me what and when it was ordered. Thanks! That I already know. The person(s) I spoke with ( I made several calls) have no useful information that will tell me when I can expect to have this resolved. I have been promised call backs from a supervisor but have heard from no one - the reason for my multiple calls. I am a patient person but I am at the end of my patience. I pay them over $*** dollars a year for WorryFree service that is anything but. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

~ceekay: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ceekay: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PSE&G's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ceekay: For that I would say five out of five.

~ceekay: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PSE&G to know who you are.
