GetHuman-72877: I am a new customer and I hate them already. Fiat call (at work) wed I was on hold ** and have them all information and they said they can't find anything to call back with the pervious owner, so I called my landlord got the name and after I called back (still at work and ** min later) they couldn't look it up with that either and asked me to get the meter number...okkkk...I'm at work! They told me since tomorrow was thanksgiving callback Friday and they will get me set up. I called back today with my info, pervious tentants info and meter number and the rep that answered the phone said he can't help me because it's a holiday! This is just great! *****€***
