GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's PSE&G customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~p lang: I spoke with * reps. The first one could not find my old account which has been disconnected since Hurricane Sandy. The second rep, Brandon, was rude and arguementative. He told me that PSE&G does not issue disconnect letters or communications to towwn building officials. It would be on me to determine what info should be a part of this letter and to take it to the President of PSE&G. He accused me of pointing fingers at others for what I couldn't seem to accomplish. He should have transferred me to construction dept!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~p lang: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PSE&G's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~p lang: For that I would say five out of five.

~p lang: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PSE&G to know who you are.
